All fabric is cut from the bolt. The minimum order is 25cms (quarter of a metre), with increments of 5cms thereafter. Some fabrics may have a higher minimum cut due to a pattern repeat e.g. 60cms. You will need to specify the quantity of fabric you wish to order in centimetres in the Quantity field. For a ½ metre of fabric you need to order 50cms, for 1 metre you need to order 100 cms, etc.
There are a few exceptions where the fabric is sold in specified repeats or lengths. This is done so you receive a full design.
Fabric widths vary depending on the individual fabric and the manufacturer. The fabric width is given in the fabric description.
Minimum Cut of Fabric
The smallest cut we offer is 25 centimetres. This will be cut as a fat quarter, i.e. 50 cms x half the width of the fabric unless requested otherwise on ordering.
Prices are given by the metre. When you place fabric in your shopping cart it will automatically calculate the price of the fabric for you based on the length of the fabric you have ordered. All prices include GST.
We try to represent the colours of the fabrics as accurately as possible through the images on the website, however, they may appear slightly differently on different computer screens.
For most of our fabrics we are able to offer a small swatch to New Zealand customers to assist with colour matching.
We are happy to send up to 5 small colour swatches to our New Zealand customers. To organise colour swatches please send a message via the contact us button with the details of the swatches you would like, your address and contact details.
- Use VISA/Mastercard via PayPal (there is no need to create a PayPal account). PayPal is a secure third party payment processor (we never see your credit card details).
- Pay via bank deposit.
Select this option when checking out and our bank details will be provided in our order confirmation email. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared. Payment must be made within 2 working days or other arrangements made.
Your satisfaction with the products we provide is important to us. If you are in any way unhappy with the products that we have sent to you please contact us. We will happily provide a store credit if the goods are returned within 14 days in unused, original saleable condition. Unfortunately we are unable to accept retunrs of sales goods, patterns or custom made goods.
Please note the credit will be for the product purchased and not the postage except in the rare event you have received the wrong product.
When sending any returns please ensure they are wrapped securely and advise us of the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange, a refund or a store credit.
